Nature knows best. This is one of the laws of Mother Nature. When we live according to the timeless laws of our "Mother" the bond that ties us humans to the trees, water, sun, fire, rocks and the animal kingdom manifests the power of the connectedness of all things.
It has been said by wise men and women that when human beings lived according to the interconnectedness of the web of life, people had no notion of what disease was like. Because people lived according to the universal order of things humans were naturally a part of the environment. There was kinship in the world. Nothing was considered inanimate. The stones had life. The trees had life.
As people started veering away from Mother Earth's flowing breast as Joyce Kilmer would eloquently express in his poem "Trees", the idea of dis-ease and brokenness came to being. And people forgot about the innate power that has always been a part of the external manifestation of the life-force in the universe.
The body, made up of millions of cells that hold the memory of the human story, couldn't have been just flesh and blood without the power of repairing itself. An expression of life so complex in its structure, the human body holds the power to create its own reality. EFT, the subject I discussed briefly in my previous blogs,is a healing technique that is in line with the body's innate power to heal itself. I will discuss my own experience of the power of EFT in my coming blogs.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
On one weekend, as I was surfing the web, I came across a self-healing technique called EFT. Gary Craig, the one who discovered EFT explained that this technique is also known as accupuncture without the needles. The principle involved in the healing process is similar to the principle behind accupuncture. EFT is an energy-based healing technique where self-affirmation is part of the process. If you want to listen to an introduction to EFT, please click the link below and from there surf for links to EFT where there are many in the internet.
